We hope that your purchase will bring you complete satisfaction. because your satisfaction is our main motivation If however your order does not suit you, for one reason or another you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 working days upon receipt of the package to make a return request on your customer area.
How to make a return?
STEP 1
Log in to your OrientaleTendance.com customer account by indicating your email address and the password chosen when you placed your order.
STEP 2
Click on "My orders" so you will be able to consult the history of all your orders with for each order a reference and its current status (in delivery, delivered etc.).
STEP 3
Click on the reference of the order that you wish to return and the details of the order will be displayed with the different articles.
STEP 4
Select the product you wish to return and indicate the reason for your return in a few words without forgetting your wish: refund, exchange or change of item or size.
STEP 5
Generate a return, your return request is now complete, and awaiting validation by an advisor. After validation of your return by our services (within 24 hours maximum), you will be able to print the return slip to be attached to your package. Return the package.
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have 14 days upon receipt of your package to return it to us in its original packaging.
In accordance with the general conditions, products on sale, made to measure or without original packaging are not refundable. If the return conditions listed above are not respected, we reserve the right to refuse your package or your refund.
In case of stained or damaged product with the impossibility of its resale no refund will be possible with the return of the article at your expense.
You have a period of 14 days, from receipt to notify OrientaleTendance.com of your wish to return the product to us: In order to facilitate the return and identification of returned products, please identify yourself in the My account section, check the product(s) you wish to return, specify a reason for return, then validate and print your Return voucher. Without this Return voucher, your package may not be accepted by our services and therefore be returned to you. From the generation of the return voucher, the package must be sent to our services within a maximum of 12 days. Beyond that, the return and refund will be refused.
