1) How do I open an account on the OrientaleTendance.com website ?
In order to create an account, all you need to do is click on "Create an account" at the top right of the welcome page of the site, then select the section on your left: "new client".
Enter a valid e-mail address and follow the steps.
You can also create an account after you have added one or several items that you like to the basket.
After your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a Welcome e-mail and your password.
2) How do I place an order?
After your registration has been confirmed, select the product that you like then click "add to basket".
Once your basket has been validated, you are directed to the order page.
- in order to continue, you must accept the site conditions of use.
- then all you have to do is select the delivery method that suits you.
- Finally, the different payment methods that are available will be displayed:
payment by bank card
payment using a Paypalaccount
payment by cheque
payment by bank transfer
You have now completed all of the steps.
You will receive a notification e-mail in your inbox with the purchasing invoice.
3) Can I come to collect my order face to face?
Our products are sold exclusively online, we do not have a traditional shop to receive clients. We have a purely online sales approach.
4) How can I exchange my product if the package has not yet been dispatched ?
If you wish to exchange an item after confirming your order, it may be possible depending on the stage your order has reached in the preparation procedure.
It is not possible to exchange the item if your order has been wrapped up and is ready to be sent..
In order to find out how far your order has progressed you should contact our customer service department by e-mail or by telephone.
5) How do I exchange my items after I have received them?
You have 7 days from receipt of your items in order to exchange them without incurring any penalties. Simply follow the returns procedure outlined below and on your delivery voucher.

After our services have validated your return (within a maximum of 24 hours) you can print the RETURN VOUCHER which must be included in your package.
8) Why haven´t I received my order yet?
Before making a complaint, you should track the route of your parcel using the tracking system available on the website of the carrier you have selected.
Depending on the time of year (summer, the end of the year....) the delivery time could exceed the timeframe stated on the order by 48 to 72 hours.
9) How do I advise the company that the site has a bugor a malfunction, or make a suggestion regarding the website and its services?
