In order to create an account, all you have to do is click on "Create an account" (the button is present in the navigation bar at the top right of the site). Then, you will have to enter various information including your e-mail address, your first name, your last name, your password as well as your date of birth. You also have the option of designing your account after adding one or more items to your basket.
When your basket is full, you can place your order. For this purpose, all you have to do is go to your shopping cart and press "Checkout". If you are logged in, you will go directly to the delivery method you prefer, but if not, simply log in or create an account. Then, finish by selecting the payment method you want.

The sale of our dresses takes place exclusively online, we do not benefit from a traditional shop for the reception of our customers. The concept of the brand is based only on online sales.
If following the validation of your order, you wish to exchange an item, this remains possible depending on the progress of the preparation of your order. No changes can be made if your order has been packed and remains ready for shipment. In order to know the progress of your order, do not hesitate to contact customer support by means of an e-mail or telephone number.
Upon receipt of your order, you benefit from a period of 14 days in order to be able to exchange them without any penalty. All you need to do is follow the procedure specified below as well as on your delivery note. The parcel must MUST be sent by parcel post to the address specified on the return slip. Returns by Mondial Relay are not accepted.
Despite our numerous checks (clothing workshop, quality department, logistics platform), some dresses may arrive stained. Rather rare thing but which can happen. Remember that many products are made by hand. Sometimes all it takes is a swipe of a wipe.
In a persistent task situation, we suggest sending an email with supporting photos or confirming the receipt status of the box. After the complaint has been processed, we will send you a postal service with the replacement of the product.

After validation of your return (24 hours maximum following your request), you can print the return slip that must be included with your package.
Before making any claim, you must follow the delivery of your order by means of the tracking accessible on the platform of the selected carrier. Compared to the time of year, the delivery time may be longer than that specified in the order from 48 hours to 72 hours.
